Hungry for Votes
Reducing hunger and homelessness by empowering low-income people with essential resources such as food, clothes, and community support. The organization also helps people register to vote, apply for rental assistance, energy bill assistance, unemployment, find COVID-19 testing and vaccine locations, and more social services.
Hungry for Votes creates clothing, book, and toy donation drives to distribute to people in need.
The Financial Empowerment Center is a free public service for residents of the City of Gaithersburg. We can help you save for a house, pay down debt, connect with lower-cost banking and improve your credit score. Appointments can be virtual or in-person and are available in English, Spanish and other languages.
